We are happy to inform that we have started a new initiative to create Interest Groups for Servas members. The purpose of this initiative is to bring together like-minded individuals who share common interests and passions, fostering meaningful connections and collaboration within the Servas community. These groups will serve as platforms for knowledge sharing, cultural exchange, and skill development, allowing members to engage in activities that align with their hobbies and expertise. It will help strengthen bonds, enhance learning opportunities, and promote global understanding while supporting the core values of Servas. We look forward to your active participation and enthusiasm in this exciting endeavour.
Servas International Development Committee invited Servas members to share their suggestions for interest groups. Based on their feedback, we have initially established four groups: Photography, Language Exchange, Music and Creative Arts and Climate Justice and Environment. Details of the groups and their contact points are provided here. Servas members interested in joining any of the interest groups can reach out via the email address mentioned in the group details.

Servas members who wish to create a new Interest Group can do so by submitting a proposal to the Convenor, Servas Internation Development Committee (email: @email) for approval. The proposal should outline the purpose of the group, its objectives, the target audience, and the type of activities it plans to organize. It should also include details about the proposed convenor(s) and how the group will engage members in meaningful discussions and collaborations. Once the proposal is reviewed and approved, the group will be officially recognized, and its details will be shared with the Servas community to encourage participation. This process ensures that new Interest Groups align with Servas values and effectively contribute to member engagement and global connections.
