Sentier Insieme - Route d'amité - Miteinander unterwegs

The next Servas Alpine Meeting will take place in the Allgäuer Alpen/Kleinwalsertal near
Oberstdorf (Allgäu), a well-known resort town around 70 km east of Lake Constance, on
the German/Austrian border.

“Servas meets Walser”: Like in previous Alpine gathering we
will cross the paths of the Walser culture. Our venue for the weekend is in a village called
Hirschegg in the Kleinwalsertal (Little Walser Valley). The valley was settled by the Walser
people from Wallis in Switzerland centuries ago, is politically part of Austria today, its only
road access is via Oberstdorf in Germany, which makes it an ideal place for a Servas crossborder
meeting in a wonderful Alpine setting!

Venue for the weekend:
Sport- und Studienhaus Marburg
Wäldelestraße 16, in 87568 Hirschegg/Kleinwalsertal
www.spor t undstudienhaus.de

How to get there:

km, train to Oberstdorf, from Oberstdorf train staton via Kleinwalsertal Bus (No 1) to Riezlern,
change to Bus No. 3, stops directly in front of Marburger Haus.
Price for the weekend package, Friday evening to Sunday is approx, 80 € (reduction for
