Agenda

1)Presentation of National Reports from Individual Countries after self introduction

2) Discussion on Host and Servas Traveler qualities

3) Improvement of Host List printing and quality of information contained therein

4) Possibility of printing one consolidated host list covering the above countries in one single location and dispatch from the same location to cut down on costs.

5) Support and Buddy assistance to the needy Servas member countries of SWA.

6) Strengthen the Servas spirit and build up a good network in SWA with special focus on democratic process in committee formations and greater transparency and dedication and commitment.

7) Greater Involvement of Youth in National Servas activities

8) 60th Anniversary Celebration and GA to be held in 2009

9) Election or selection of Area coordinator All Servas Host and Travelers are most welcome on cost
